<p>The tipping point is broad and the accumulation of so much buzz that a idea &#8220;tips&#8221;.   The &#8220;flipping point&#8221; is when something changes enough to shift a person that doesn&#8217;t care into a passionate advocate.  This flipping point could also go negative if something changes for the bad in the person&#8217;s mind.</p>
<p>This flipping point is an internal activation within an individual that shifts them into action.  How do you get people to flip for your offerings?</p>
<p>Pay attention to improving your offerings and continue building better authentic stories until you create enough of value to flip your customers into raving fans.</p>
