A Guide to the New Facebook Home Page

What do you think of Facebook’s new home page?
Personally I like the new organization. The search bar is big and center. I use search all the time to navigate between pages and profiles.
The new requests, messages and notifications in the upper left have become more prominent on the home page. With the new design I can’t miss my inbox and notifications.
The left side column now has all the navigation to your favorite places around facebook and your links to chat with friends is nicely displayed on the left.
I like the new Facebook homepage. What do you think?
