The Art of the Tweet has a beautiful post about taking your tweets to the next level of value to your followers.
Here are a few of the highlights for me:
- Say why your doing what your doing
- Say more with less
- cut words to give your followers room to add more
- Add a bit of yourself ( personalize )
- share what you think about the link you’re tweeting
- customize your retweets ( why did you retweet)
- You follow people, not content
How can you take an idea, shape it in less than 140 characters, add a bit of yourself and share it with someone else who will take the idea and reshape it for themselves?
